Raoul Duke is Back as Paul Kemp and Being Played By Johnny Depp

That's right folks, you've heard it hear 1st? 2nd? 3rd? You pick the number. Yes, Johnny Depp has signed to star in "Rum Diary", Hunter S. Thompson's first novel. The movie will be directed by Benicio Del Toro (who co-starred with Depp in "Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas". Shooting begins in December. I'm sure this will be a great flick!

Just had to say that I was going a bit mad waiting to find out the date of the new Hunter movie. I was priveleged enough to see his latest release of Breakfast with Hunter here in Las Vegas. Even though it wasn't actually his work, it was him. Unbelevable integrity this man has. I worship the ground he walks on. I just hope as a fellow journalist, I may be one day able to fill the golf shoes he left behind here.
